    Noron 360

    Hi,

I was hoping someone could replicate the following error.

I recently installed Norton 360 on my PC and found the following issue with our customers website

With Norton 360 switched on you can place an order on the site.

However if you decided you forgot to order something and try to place a second order without closing the browser (or clearing the cache) adding an item to the cart and then clicking on checkout results in the error message of no items in the cart. If you then add the item again and click on check out you get the error 'This shopping application requires permission to use cookies...' This only happen using IE as Norton 360 does not run on FireFox (not sure if Norton 360 covers other browsers)

When Norton 360 is switched off you can place as many orders as you like.

If you search for "This shopping application requires permission to use cookies" it will throw up a load of threads on the subject.

Norton360 - is it an issue

      Hey - Take a breath

I read the other posts before I decided to check whether Norton 360 was a real issue for users of Actinic. I was not suggesting a solution for other threads that have already been posted.
