Getting info on customers from site..

In the standard setup there are a couple of options to request "How did you find out site" and "What was your reason for buying" in the General Information section of the checkout.

How do you get this information back from the site - where does it then appear.

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but it doesn't seem clear in the AUG.

the info gets downloaded with the orders, and can be seen on the misc tab
