hi

we had a problem with our pc. (in a flood) and have now reloaded actinic on another pc. when we download our orders now we get a message "credit card details sent seperately" it didn't used to do that. how do we change it back?

Rename the website text on payment settings possibly.

I've noticed that some things (or all things maybe? I don't know) in the site options/business settings don't get transferred over with a site snapshot so something like payment settings might need re-doing in the new installation

I had this where I'd deleted the headertext but it didn't transfer that over with the snapshot.

the message say's "credit card payments sent seperately". We used to download the credit card details with the order and then process them at time of despatch. What setting is it to allow us to do this?

That one is 'Credit card details captured for later processing'.
