Will performing a system restore on Windows XP, i.e. rolling back to a previous day effect orders within Actinic?

If you are in any doubt then take a snapshot and a copy of the Site1 folder and restore the snapshot etc again after the rollback. You also have the option to undo your previous SRP rollback in windows if need be.

no,it wont.

system restore only restores driver and protected system files, and the registry.

it will not affect your actiniccatalog.mdb, which is where your orders are stored.
