    Corrupt orders

    Hello everyone,

    I just wondered if any of you have had a problem with Corrupt Orders. I have now had 3 orders like this. Once they have down loaded there is no customer information included. I get the following message 'THE SELECTED ORDER IS CORRUPT. NO DETAILS WERE FOUND'
    These orders always state that Full Payment has been recieved, the invoice shows as printed and the payment type is Invoice & Payment before delivery.

    Is this a bug? We are using Catalog V5.0.0.0.0.29 bmgb

    I have seen this before, and I seem to recall it is a problem with early versions of v5. It is not a real order that has been corrupted - but it is a kind of 'ghost order' as Actinic occassionaly created two order files per order rather than just one.

    Updating to 5.1.6 (you will need the full version - available to download from www.actinicdownloads.com) should fix the problem.

      Thanks Chris, I have downloaded 5.1.6, just need to do the update. I was worried that I had lost these orders, so glad they are not real.
