Customer Navigation when buying products

Everytime a customer buys a product and confirm the item in their basket, they get passed back to the top level of the shop and they have to find their way back to the section they was on, if they wish to buy another similar item.

How can I make it so that, when a customer buys a product, that once they confirm, they get taken back to the same page again ???

Hi David

I don't experience this on your site, so I would reckon that your customer is using a firewall with browser privacy enabled. This strips out referrer information which Actinic needs to establish the page the customer came from. Without the referrer information, Actinic will return the customer to the acatalog URL from the network settings.

The problem is due to be fixed in v6.1.4.
