V5 catalog not loading

    V5 catalog not loading

    Hi all

    GOt a problem with V5 catalog.

    Imaged whole HD and streamed it onto a larger HD

    Now when I click on the icon to start Actinic it does not load up at all.

    Any one got any ideas please?

    How exactly did you 'stream' the data? Did you use disk imaging software?

    Sounds like you may have to re-install Actinic and then recover from a backup to get back to where you were.

    Is it only Actinic that doesn't work?

      Streamed it back with image software.

      Everything else works so it seems strange that Actinic does not.

      In theory, as nothing has changed with the image, shouldn't it all be OK

        Use Windows Explorer to see what's in your Program Files / Actinic v5. Compare with what you expect.
