    Prices on sections page

    Hi all

I was trying to find a way to add the price to the section page? So if the user wants a fairly cheap option in a product range then they don't have to click into every product page to see the prices of all the products.

    Thanks for any help.

I assume you're on "1 product per section" type layout. You have to manually enter them into the Section details or into a Custom Property. There's no automatic way in V7.

You can do this in V8 (see the Forum for details) - so the solution if this is a must have would be to upgrade.

Update: The V8 tweak that displays the price of the product on the single product per page section, could be used on a multi-product page to display the min - max prices on the following page.

Sorry, I must have got that wrong. There's a page that displays all the products under a specific heading. There are anywhere between 1 and probably 15 products on this page. They are just links to the actual product page but I would like to display the price along with the link.

There's only General, Layout, Meta Tags, Properties and Product options available on the sections page in Actinic and I can't find anywhere within those that says to display the price.

It's custom work or you manually write it into the section description field.

Sorted. Thanks for your help, really appreciate it
I find it really hard to find what you're looking for, and the help files aren't very helpful either.

V8 is a lot easier but also more difficult if you get what i mean. There's a better logic to things and it can do more etc. Worth moving up at some stage, you can always try the 30 day trial to see for yourself.
