New 'Themes' from v.8 to v.5

Hi

I have been given a copy of Actinic v5 by a colleague who had it stashed away in his office and never used it.

I am currently running a trial of Actinic v8 and find it very good indeed.

Is there any way to get templates (Themes) from v8 to v5? If not, how can I introduce new (fresher, modern) templates onto my old v5. The templates look a bit old hat now.

Put it back in the drawer - but if you really want to use it it will work, to get the V8 designs into it you will need to customise the templates within V5. There is plenty of info in the forum on how to do this BUT it will be cheaper to buy V8 IMO

It's a tea coaster and may be able to reduce the cost of a v8 purchase a little - that is all. Using v5 to build an actinic site would be the same as having a PC built with Windows 95 i.e. madness.

As I suspected ...... just too good to be true!

I guess I will collect all my loose change from the back of the couch and purchase v8.
