Increasing the hit rate on act_order04

Hi

Lack of recorded conversions on Google Analytics has always been a problem (e.g. it only shows 50% of our sales) and from reading previous posts this is probably due to not all people return to the act_order04 page following purchase.

Is there anyway I can increase the liklihood or even force a return to act_order04?

Paul,

No way to force a return to the receipt page. Most people add a message on the PSP confirmation page that is quite prominent asking customers to click the 'Return to merchant website' link to see their Actinic receipt.
