Does anyone know how to add a new country option to the drop downs when placing an order and how we can make the Channel Islands exempt from VAT?

Go to Advanced menu | locations

click the '+' top left to add a new country

Set up VAt zones within View | Business settings

You will need to use Advanced VAT settings to set up country by country.

See Help and enter 'VAT advanced' in the search box
