Hi All

I am having problems with my site www.mrmattress.co.uk

it is a sister site to the beddingcentres.co.uk and is hosted on the same server. i have been working with the hosting company and all networksetings are correct but no data is transferring to the secure files.

when i add something to the cart i cannot check out. it always says i have an empty cart, it then reverts to the beddinng centres format (while remaining under the mrmattress domain) and then redirects to the beddingcentres catalog index page.

any one any ideas? tried the aug and searching throught the forums but found nothing so far

Have you got different script IDs for each store?

They both seem to be using 146 and that could be problematic if they share the same cgi-bin..

Also I cannot Add to Cart on many pages. E.g. http://www.mrmattress.co.uk/acatalog...ing__6ft_.html due to missing <form ... > tags. It looks like NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTFORMBEGIN and NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTFORMEND are missing from your Templates. Best compare the Template used for a working product and that used for a failing one to see what's missing.

Also on www.mrmattress.co.uk the Quick Search "Go" button doesn't work. Again due to Template errors.

yes they boh have the same cgi script

it is saying that the certificate is invaild (which its not, its set up for mr mattress) would this be causing a problem?

each site needs a differnent script id.

SSL has bee nissued to beddingcentres.co.uk and thus can not be used at mrmattress

you need a separate cert for each domain

thats the part i dont understand, both have their own cert. will try altering the script id and see what happens
