Problem Uploading/Web Refresh

Everytime we try and upload our website, we are presented with an error

"An Error Occured writing to the index file. No such file or directory"

On the update box it gets as far as "Checking/Creating Word List"?

What is the solution?

I managed to solve this problem.

After examining the database. I had found that a product that had been built within Actinic did not have a product code.

We are unsure how this has happened. But after correcting this, the website uploaded fine.
