Order Shipped Email Template

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the subject field for the order shipped email?

I want to change the words 'Order shipped' to 'Order ready for posting'. I then state in the email when the items will be posted. Looked everywhere for this but can't see it.

Not sure how the subject line is created.
You could try and see if making a new email template works by editing the Act_NewEmail.txt file through the template manager - not sure where it picks up the subject though.
