    Free U.K. Shipping...Now and again.

I'm about to start entering details for shipping by weight - for U.K. and International destinations.

I'd like to be able to offer "free shipping" on U.K. orders, as an incentive every now and again, whilst still charging shipping on International orders.

I've come up with a sort of Heath Robinson way of doing this, but am wondering if there is a better solution?

The method that I'm thinking of is to enter shipping charges for all zones, then create a snapshot, called "alldestinations". Then edit the U.K. zone to show shipping of 0.00 for each weight, and make a further snapshot called "FreeUK" (or something like that)

Then I should be able to import the "FreeUK" snapshot and update the website, whenever I wish to offer free U.K. Shipping.

The disadvatage is that I would need to update both versions of the site with any product or design changes.

A better way maybe would be to make copies of the file that controls the shipping charges. Is this ActinicShipping.fil? Then I should just be able to switch the files depending on which version I want to employ? Yeah, I like the sound of this much better!

I've had a further look under the bonnet - and it looks like I should be able to do what I want, by using import and export of shipping tables! That will be even easier!
