"Lost" existing fragment while inserting a new one

hi everyone,

we are currently using Actinic 7 to manage our gifts site.

yesterday i wanted to insert another fragment to one of the pages. once done so i then wanted to change it's place on the page more to top and thought if i select the fragment in the content tree and move it up it will automatically be placed on top of the other fragment.

but instead it completely deleted the fragment! i tried to undo this, but was not able to (no "undo" choice under edit?).

i have not yet uploaded this page, so the site still appears the way it was before, but i need to get the actinic file back to that stage as well.

is there any way of downloading the page from the server to actinic to replace the page i have changed?

i hope the above makes sense and any help on this issue would be very much appreciated.

On Vista there was a problem due to a memory bug in the software. If it's text and image you can copy off the online page back into a fragment.

thank you very much for your reply, even though you confirmed my fears.

as you might have noticed am not an actinic wiz so wanted to avoid doing the fragment again as i am not sure if i can . but i def. try the copying and pasting, hopefully it's as easy as it sounds!

am working with XP still, so unfortunately no bug i can blame it on...
