    Customer-dependent pricing

I need to define unique pricing, by product, for each customer. That is, in our business it is common to offer different discounts on various items to each customer.

The current scheme of price tiers is too limiting for our use. Is there a workaround that would allow us to offer each customer specific pricing on certain products?

    Hi Phil

If you have Business or Developer, you can set up customer accounts with associated price schedules. The price schedule is initially created as a percentage discount on all products across the board, but the derived prices can be manually overwritten in individual products.

      Re. Customer-dependent pricing

I have a similar, but slightly different requirement.

My customer, whose base currency Euros, wants to sell to certain customers in Euros and to others in US dollars.

The prices for the items, when in dollars, must end in 50 cents or 00 cents so the prices must be manually entered.

I do not see a way of specifying a currency against a customer. I can set different price schedules but Actinic assumes that they are all in the base currency.

Has anyone acheived this or knows how to do it?

      Regards

      Mike

        Hi Mike

I'm afraid I don't know a way to do this. Multiple currency is not a feature of Actinic at the moment. The price can be displayed in two currencies, but there isn't an option to select a currency per customer account or price schedule.
