    ACT_Order00.html, ACT_Order01.html cancel button help!

Weird one this.. I've just been testing out the checkout pages online of our website, namely the two templates mentioned above, when entering customer details after checkout with the next and cancel buttons.

however just noticed now, when i click on the cancel button, it re-directs to an OLD URL that I had setup ages when first testing out the website.

Am I missing something within Actinic?
All my network settings are set to the correct URL, so i can't understand why it is reverting to the OLD URL i placed ages ago?

Will my setup with my PSPS (Secure Hosting) have anything to do with these pages? As originally my trail setup with SH, used this OLD URL.

Just cannot understand as to why its reverting to the OLD url???

    Any ideas???

      Hi Lee.
Are you referring to the URL for completed and aborted checkouts?
      At the moment its blank.
Within the general options in that section i have ticked

      1. Generate CGI Templates
      2. Suppress Generation warnings
      3. Generate HTML and search files
      4. Compact HTML/CGI

God, i must be having a blond moment today...
I remember i added the code to empty the basket if someone cancels from the checkout from the AUG. Within there you need to specifiy the return page if a user cancels the checkout.. I had this set as my OLD url.

So will change that and hopefully will fix the problem!

If nothing in that area looks to be causing the problem, your network settings are correct and pass the test, i'm not really sure to be honest. I'd have expected something in there causing this.

I'd suggest updating the aborted checkout URL and refreshing the site and see what happens then, i'm figuring there is some legacy reference to something from previous work.

Yeah your right Lee. Thing is I made that amendment ages ago, as that old url is months old. I've had other work over the past 2-3 months to do away from this website, as the office had an overhaul with new PCs, Desks, etc and had over 20 to setup with new software, new network, server, etc.

So you could say it slipped my mind lol.

Anyway, i've tested it and its working o.k now
