502 bad gateway (cannot merge files on server)

I cannot complete an upload of my site. It is causing untold problems as a result. Many .fil files continue to attempt to upload when they are already present. I tried deleting all such files in the hope they would be refreshed, but no good. Anybody got any other ideas?

Hi Lewis

When you deleted all *.fil files, was that both in the local site directory and remote acatalog directory? If not, try deleting them in both.

If the problem still occurs and you haven't customised any of the perl scripts, delete all *.pl and *.pm files in the local site directory and replace them with files of the same extension from Actinic ecommerce v5\Original\ (don't forget the perl file in the ShipControl sub-directory). Then refresh the site.
