Invoice/Packing List printing problem

    Invoice/Packing List printing problem

    Weird problem just arisen - when printing invoices &/or packing lists from order number (x), Catalog prints invoice from order number (x-1). Preview always looks OK, it's just the printing that's wrong. SOmething is out of sync somewhere, how can I rebuild the order database/recover from this?

    Are you using the default Actnic invoices?

        Are you printing them one at a time or more than one at a time?

            Fixed it. It was not an Actinic problem after all; I noticed the same effect when printing from non-Actinic applications. The fix was to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it, and bingo - it was OK.

                The "printer" was in fact a PDF generator - PDF995 - so I imagine jobs are "queued" and the indexing to the queue must have gone wrong.

                  I've had something similar recently with a pdf (adobe) printer. I had to change the printer from pdf to an ink printer, close and reopen Actinic (presumably to get the registry settings read again), reselecting the pdf printer then and all worked correctly.
