    Confirmation email

    Hi,

    My client has found recently Actinic has stopped sending the emails to say that the products are on their way. The system says that the emails have been sent but none of the customers are receiving them. I have checked to make sure there haven't been any changes to the catalogs settings, the security system, network settings etc. All their other emails are working fine.

    Why should this suddenly start happening? Is there an area within the catalog where I can see where the settings are for this?

    Any help would be gratefully received.

    Have you tried changing the SMTP server under network settings to "localhost" ... that tends to solve a lot of email related issues with Actinic.

      I had localhost down orginally. Have tried the clients SMTP details and that hasn't worked so will go back to localhost again.

      Any other thoughts would be welcome.
