    Actinic Invoice not showing the Qty Ordered - help!

    Using Jan's @ Mole-End's One Stop Automation Plug-in for automatically printing off the invoices when an order is received.

    However just noticed that the invoice is not showing the quantity
    of the product(s) ordered.

    Am sure this is just something simple to fix but have no idea what.

    Not sure if this is a fix within Actinic itself or the plug-in, so have emailed Mole End support, but need this fix quickly!!

    Anyone help me out on this?

    That field is for "Qty Shipped" not simply quantity.

    You need to have the order line items marked as shipped in order for the WTY Shipped to show the item qty.

      Quantity Ordered can be added to the Invoice report, for example in place of Quantity Shipped.
      Contact me offline if you would like your report modified.

        Fixed this issue.
        There is a section in the plug-in to set the order as "shipped". it was
        unticked

        As far as we are concerned, we can identify this "qty shipped" as the quantity ordered, as the invoice generated from actinic, is NOT the invoice that we send to the customer.

        The order details has to be entered into our invoicing system which in turn updates our stock and accounts system.
