Print out of General Prompts

Is there a way to print out a list of the terms entered into the General Prompt in the checkout phase (i.e. how found site etc)?

If you have Access, look in ActinicCatalog.mdb, Order table, "Reason For Purchase" and "How Find Site" columns..
