I was looking at an old order to answer a postgae cost question, and now it has moved back to the Pending tab. The total cost has gone up and there is now a partial payment pending. How do I get it back to Completed?

we're you fiddling in the shipping tab?
Presumably the total cost has gone up because the shipping total has altered, for whatever reason.
Go back into the shipping tab and adjust the shipping amount to what it used to be, that'll move it back to completed again.

This is a definite fault with the system - I raised a similar thread in v8 having switched from bypass orders to having to manually complete the order in Actinic. Simply viewing a previously sorted old order placed it back into pending and I had to complete it again
CD suggested this was correct behaviour.. which can't be right in having to fudge around with previously completed orders.Comment
