Network Setting problem

Every time I go to the network setup page, don't adjust anything then come out again I get the below message.

Network settings has been changed. It is recommended that you 'Test' the network settings before you upload your site.
Do you want to continue without the 'Test'?

Don't get it, this must be related in some way to the other problems I have posted recently.
Anyone know what the problem is.

This may indead be related to other problems you are seeing. Try compacting the database and retrying the network test, then upload. You shouldn't see this behaviour. If it persists I would recommend backing up and reinstalling Actinic. If it still persists then raise a support ticket with Actinic.
