UK flat rate shipping with weight based shipping for non-UK

For various reasons we're wanting to move to having 2 flat rate shipping bands for UK - e.g. £1.95 for orders up to £10, £2.95 over £10. At the same time we want to charge non-UK deliveries by weight as we currently do.

If we only wanted 1 UK flat rate band, we could do it by just having a single charge whatever the weight for UK despatches, but I can't see how to achieve more than one flat rate band in this situation.

Any thoughts?

Hi Tony,

This will not be possible in v7. In v8 however you can do this rather simply, by making the UK charge shipping by value and setting 2 bands, one upto £10 and another at £10.01 @ 2.95 and set excess to 'take highest value in table'.

You cant charge shipping by weight and value in v7.
