Actinic 7.0 and Vista Compatibility

I just bought a new lap top and it has VISTA as operating system.
I installed Actinic and it did not work with Vista. I tried upgrading it to 7.07 and am am still having problems. I went back to Actinic 7.0 and right clicked on Actinic Icon and changed the properties Compatibility to WINDOWS XP. Now the program starts FINE. am I going to have any issues since I have tried to get around the problem this way? PLEASE HELP.

Hi,

Only v7.0.7 of Actinic is Vista compatible. If you are using an earlier version then what you have done is fine to get it working, though I cannot gurantee you will not have issues, it being Vista and all that.
