Upload Box Just Goes!

Hi, when I go to upload it gets to "Creating Remote Structure" and the box just disappears, not sure what to do, I tried re-installing Actinic 7, but did nothing

Any help would be great!

Any more info available?
Using Vista? Existing Store or New Store? Does it pass the Network Test? Have you tried the typical housekeeping tasks? etc. etc.

If we get the full picture, you'll probably get more and quicker help.

This is 'something' to do with the FTP connection failing. Call me bitter and twisted, but the laughingly entitled 'Actinic Support' couldn't help me with this nor any 5 of my other problems... I do know the fix though.

Somehow, you have 5 or more FTP connections in so it automatically stops you uploading. I found the following worked.....

1) Try again
2) Close Actinic/Reopen - Try Again
3) If this fails, reboot, reopen Actinic Try Again.
4) Wait for an hour.

Sorry I can't give you the technical reasons - but having uploaded 5000 digital download products and sat in front of my PC with no support at hand for c. 36 hours non-stop, I now know the work round for most FTPO connection issues!
