    Contact us page misbehaving

    Emails fail to come through from website when customer makes an enquiry on the 'contact us' page. An auto response is sent to the customer but the emails don't come through to me? This situation is causing problems from irate customers who think we are ignoring their emails. I've contacted the hosting company Namesco and their reply was:-

    Hi,
    If the customer is receiving their copy then the server is working fine - there must be an issue in the script causing you not to receive your copy. I suggest you check out your script and see if you can locate the source of the problem.

    1. Try changing your email address for your site contact, upload and check again.
    2. Can you create an email address on your domain such as xxx@celticove.xxx
    instead of the BT one.
    3. Perhaps BT is blocking your site emails.
