    'Send emails for all customers' v7 problem

    Hi there,

    I use the 'send emails for all customers' facility in version 7 which emails the despatch details to the whole day's customers at once.

    The problem is one of the customer emails contains a comma rather than a full stop so the system tells me it can't be sent (error invalid route address).

    Now everytime I use the facilty it picks up the same customer problem but won't let me delete it. I've tried correcting the customer email address but annoyingly it keeps popping up.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Have you tried deleteing the email in the 'Web | List Emails | All' area, then edit the order and correct the email address there. Try resending now and see if it works.
