    Blank product description in Worldpay email

    My site is currently in test mode.

    When I receive details of the order by email from Worldpay, the 'Description' field is blank, so I don't know what the customer has ordered.

    It seems to me that the product description is not being passed to Worldpay in the first place.

    Can anybody help me please?

    This is an optional field that you complete at the Worldpay admin page, and not a variable that is passed from Actinic.

    The description would be something like "your order at Waitrose" etc.

    Go to the Worldpay admin panel and select the options for your Actinic instalation.
