Two queries following upgrade to 4.1.1 including Norton patch

    Hi,
I've finally upgraded my site - www.executive-leather.com - to version 4.1.1 and also installed the Norton patch.

I have 2 queries which I would be grateful for some help with.

    1. I've tried to put some test orders through the system when I got this message: "Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables.

    Thank you"

What should I do to correct the above problem? The total value of the order was £430. Do I need to input a series of shipping charges to cope with larger orders? I don't know if this message occured before the upgrade as I haven't tried it before.

    2. I tried to put through a small order but before it got to screen to input credit card info, system says:

"Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable".

Do I need to do something with the credit card information in Actinic? Or should it remain intact as before the upgrade?

When I upgraded, I followed the instructions to the letter and everything appeared to go through OK.

Any help will be most appreciated.

    Thanks in advance,
    Theresa

    One query solved

    Hi,
I checked my site this morning and the WorldPay credit card screen is displaying as normal - phew !
Any advice about the shipping tables would be most appreciated.

    Many thanks,
    Theresa

What are you calculating shipping based on - Value, Quantity or Weight?

Then, what have you got your Excess settings set to? If they are set to 'Do not allow excess' try changing them to 'take the highest value in the table' and then try a test order for £430 (you may want to temporarily set up an alternative payment method to Worldpay to test this).
