Side links and checkout not working

Hi all,

Can anyone help me with this one.

When you try and go to the shopping cart/ checkout or use the side links the following message comes up

Error: Error loading configuration file /home/rollsroy/public_html/acatalog/nqset00.fil.

Can anyone tell me why this has happened or how to fix it?
