email conformation

Hi all, I'm trying to det up a simple message in our conformation email stating that orders will not be despashed untill the 3rd of jan... how can this be done,

You can sinply add text into your email template - IIRC look for Act_OrderRecEmail.txt in your Site1 folder. There are a few text files in Site1 that are the templates for the emails.
