How to add another delivery service

I've looked thru the forums and thru the guide but I don't seem to be able to find an answer to my problem.

We generally use UPS to ship product but for our International customers, UPS Worldwide is pretty expensive (up to three times what the US Post Office would charge) so I'd like to be able to offer two USPS methods of shipment:

Global Express and Surface (Economy)

Surely there is a way to handle this, even if I have to customize code....

Hi you can create another class for your US Post Office. No programming code is requeired.
Firstly, Create all the Zone provided by US POst and Ups at the Zone column. Then go to Class and create US Post and Ups. After that at the class menu, attach the zone to the class by choose the add zone command. Then click on the countries under Zone column to enter the shipping charges.
