order page filename problem

Hi all

sorry if this is already answered but struggled to find it anywhere

i am getting a gerneral script error on some of the products when i try add to cart and i cannot see any settings that are different

yes that was for a variable in actinic 8. i am asking this for actinic 7 as it only deals with NETQUOTEVARS

The page you referenceed above is not on your server nor in your sitemap. Is it in your catalog? Which products don't add to cart, have you more examples?

i sorted the v8 site out by places the variables in the correct places i think

Non of your scripts are running on that site.
Have you done the basics and run a network test and checked for errors?

yes just done one and all have passed ok

has the memory allocation on my server increased too and its not that!

And have you manually ftp'd to the site and checked the folder permissions?

not yet. do they all need to be 777?

they should wrk fine as have worked in th past

If this was all working in th epast then I think this is a hosting issue.

Your permissions for cgi-bin and acatalog of 755 are usually ok.

ok tested all the way through on network and getting the following

The script does not have permission to write to the web site directory.
