Does anyone know why the UPS charge the customer is charged from within Actinic is frequently lower than the actual charge I have to pay when I ship? The weight is accurate, so I know that isn't the problem. I shipped an international order today that was almost $8.00 (US) more than the amount the customer was charged at checkout. My typical order is usually around $35, so shipping variances can be important.

I don't maintain a matrix for UPS. Actinic interfaces with UPS for this.-------
