They have altered quite a few things. Some standard Actinic files are not available or accessible either
e.g.

http://www.tynedalefarmtoys.co.uk/ver.fil

either at top level or within an 'acatalog' folder.

Also, FYI - the contact us page seems to be from another company - Aly-Cats.co.uk

As Malcolm indicated, best get these resolved as they are most likely linked.

Most probably because they are hosted on an IIS windows server. Thought there is a lot of change on the site and would be best dealt with by the designer.
