I received an order for 1 item currently out of stock. I deleted it and added an adjustment as a replacement item. Here are the problems.
1. On my delivery note the adjustment doesn't appear
2. I am unable to transfer the order into SAGE 50 V8 because there are no lineitems to transfer.
I have attempted to add an offline item for £0.00 hoping it would transfer the rest of the amounts, but this method doesn't work.
Can anyone help.?
