Emailing Tax Summary

Hi,

I'm using v7 and I'm trying to find a way of emailing my tax summary report to my accountant so that he can prepare my VAT return, but only have the option to print.

Any suggestions greatly received.

if you download pdfprinter software (I believe someone recommended one on the forum recently...cutepdf, was it?) and choose to print to your pdf printer.

that will then give you a pdf you can email to your accountant, would that help?

As Tracey says, print to PDF is probably the most efficient, otherwise you could print/fax or print/scan/email or save screenshot and email ...... several options available.
