Upload from Australia using '3's' USB Broadband modem...

Hi,

I am trying to upload my site from Australia using a 3 USB Broadband modem.
(My connection utility is titled "3G 3(AUS)R")

I get the error:

Unable to connect to the FTP server "esafetysigns.co.uk" because the specified server is invalid. This could also occur if the network connection is down.

The server name or address could not be resolved

(Also, my e-mail is not working, i.e. all Accounts in Outlook using esafetysigns for POP3 and SMTP are not connecting)

Does anyone know why this happens?
Is it simply because my server is down?
Do I need to change my path to the server due to the fact I am in Oz?
