v6 patch - 34mb!!

After reading other posts I have just found out there is a patch for v6, I would have thought as an Actinic cover user we would have been told about this patch.

The other reason for this post is that it is 34mb, does anyone have it on a cd rom they could pop in the post? ADSL isnt likely to be here for 6 months so it could take me a while to download otherwise. Thanks!

You used to be able to order a CD rom from Actinic rather than download but that seems to have disappeared from the web site now.

Could someone from Actinic confirm that this service been withdrawn, or post the appropriate URL here please.

The patch is only 3.47MB. You may have clicked on the full release link by accident.

If this is still too much to download then we will be happy to send you out a CD. Please call our Sales Office on 0845 129 4800 to organise this.

We do send regular emails to cover customers concerning upgrades and patches. The fact that you have not received yours concerns me - it may be worth calling the Sales office to ensure that they have the correct email details.

I can only seem to find a link to the full release, I visit the "latest patch" page from the support drop down menu, it tells me some info about the latest patch, and down the left hand side there are links to the various versions of actinic, v4/5/6, dev, business etc.

If I can find the patch then 3.4mb is fine to download over ISDN.

Once you complete the form at http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v6/r_catv6.htm you will see some links for the full release and some for the patch.
