Stock sold

Just a quick query, we're still running V7 of actinic (upgrading to v8 shortly) my boss has just asked me if it's possible for us to print off Actinic, basically in some form, lists of stock thats been sold? Basically so we can see whats sold well this season and what hasn't out of all the products that we actually have in our store. Is this possible in any way? I haven't had a chance to look through the settings yet, thought I'd quiz you guys first. Any help would be great

Found something called Sales Analysis Reports on the help section, so going to have a look at that now
