An error occurred when sending the merge request

Hi, im pretty new to all this, I had the site working no problem last week, but this week when i try sending the site to the server i get the "an error occurred while sending the merge request"

Any ideas?

i had this problem recently and i did it the long way, becasue i diddnt want to foozle up my production site.
