    Shared SSL

We use paypal for our payment and shopping cart provider. We dont have the developer/business.

At present, our site is ssl secured when it goes to paypal, I would like to be secure as soon as it goes to the checkout page. What I want to do is secure where the customers name and address are taken for orders, before it goes to paypal secure site. I feel that this will encourage more people to use our site if it looks more secure/professional.

Will this require a shared ssl or is there some programming in actinic that I can use? If I need to use a ssl, which one is the best or can i use anyone's.

    Hi Gail,
You would need to check with your web hosting company/provider regarding the SSL certificate options the offer - this SSL you are after has to be installed on the same location that your website is hosted in order for it to be correctly invoked at the checkout pages.
