Shipping destinations

For some strange reason Yugoslavia did not appear on the shipping destinations list. I have tracked down the appropriate 'tax zone' and insert Yugoslavia as a valid location (it already appears as a valid invoice address) but on uploading the site it still won't show on the drop down destination menu.

Sounds like a cached issue to me, is there a URL?

have cleared my cache a few times - it was my first reaction too

Any other ideas as it appears not to be cache related?

Is it included in both the tax tab and the shipping tab?

I'm baffled then i'm afraid, if setup in shipping, in tax, in locations and it is not a cached issue, i have not seen an issue outside of those 4 areas.

Sorry, maybe one for support, please let us know if you get it solved, it may help others with similar problem.

A quick troubleshoot from support.

Although Yugolsavia appeared in the 'payment and security' section as a valid location within Europe and appeared in the 'tax' section as a location within Europe it did not appear in the 'shipping and handling' section within Europe.

If you go to the shipping and handling section and right click 'Europe' and select properties as dialogue box for member locations appears. After insert Yugoslavia into the members all was fixed.

Now I've got to get the client to properly define what countries he really wants as Yugoslavia as such no longer exists. Europe consists of European Members and European Countries i.e. Croatia is not in the European Union but is a European Country - I wish I hadn't started now..........................
