I have been searching for some threads on this in the forum and not found any with the same specific error message.
My site has suddently stopped sending out order confirmation emails to customers. Non of the settings in Actinic have changed and the network settings are all as they were, correct and tests work.
The error message from the site log is:
ORDERSCR, Program version = 490 Internal Errors = Unable to connect to the mail socket (No route to host)
Can anyone help with this?
