I am in urgent need of help. Our customers have been unable to order all day; when items are in the basket and they proceed to checkout IE displays a " site might be experiencing problems" error message and that's that.
I have search the Actinic community but cannot find a similar problem. I have purged, compacted and done a full refresh (which took 7 hours!!), but to no avail! I have already lost a full days takings and starting to panic. Please please help.
