customers can not log out

hi, v7 site, when a loged in customer exits the store they are still loged in, even if thet close the browser, is there a way to have a log out link on the checkout

I use the following link for logging customers in.

Carnt seem to find a netquote for log out

Hi,

The following variables are used for the 'buyer name', 'account name' and 'logout' link:

<Actinic:NOWSERVING/><Actinic:CURRACCOUNT/><Actinic:LOGOUT_SIMPLE/>

They must be used on a primary template.

Hi I have a similar problem with V8. When my customers try to log out they get a bounce page from Demon saying the page you requested was not found on this server. Here's hoping someone can help me as I've spent the last 2 days searching the forum for a clue :-(. I have set up a test account with "test" as the password. Hi Angie,

The one thing I notice when clicking on the logout button is the url it says it cannot find:

http://eltons69.demonweb.co.uk/cgi-b...%2fbb000001.pl

I'm pretty sure that this part is wrong:

http://eltons69.demonweb.co.uk/cgi-bin/www.eltons69.com

This could be a cookie problem as I saw three URLs in just doing the test:

http://www.eltons69.com/
https://secure.demonweb.co.uk/eltons69/cgi-bin/
http://eltons69.demonweb.co.uk/cgi-bin

One way to check this out would be to put the whole site into SSL and see if you get any problems with that.
