Hi,

I'm trying to figure something out here.

I have 2 different sites hooked up to one account with internet secure. They put the second one on for me. Don't know how. (SAME COMPANY)

Internet Secure only allows you to hook up 1 export script. Site 1 is using that export script.

Site 2 is using Actinic, I never had to put an export script in. All I did was put my merchant # in Actinic. I added another software to site 2 that requires Internet Secure.

They are now telling me that I'm only able to do 1 export script per site. How can that be when site 2 is already hooked up using Actinic? I know there's nowhere in the admin area to put the export script. They must be able to add it manually somehow, or give me a piece of coding to add to the software.


Any Ideas?

I'm sorry but I don't know much about the US PSPs (we don't get many calls about them) so I'm going to ask our development team about this for you.

They are now telling me that I'm only able to do 1 export script per site.

Is this definitely per site or per account?

I'll post back as soon as I have some information for you.

Hi Randy,

Our development team have informed me that the domain name and web path must be set in the Account settings for the site the Account at Internet Secure and because only one domain and web path can be set it will only work for one site, therefore, you would require two Internet Secure accounts for it to work with two sites.
